SESSIONS
With two decades of experience in the beauty industry, Kandra-Zella Orcutt has established herself as a master hairstylist, colorist, and makeup artist. Her expertise spans from behind the chair to behind the camera, working on runways, fashion shows, editorial shoots, music videos, and commercial productions.
Kandra-Zella has collaborated with some of the industry’s most respected names, including award-winning hairdresser Philip Wilson of Wilson Collective and the renowned hair extension brand Doctored Locks. Her skills in custom color, precision cutting, and hair extensions have made her a go-to professional for both everyday transformations and high-fashion styling.
Beyond hairstyling, her background in makeup artistry allows her to create complete, polished looks, whether for personal clients or large-scale productions. Her years of experience behind the scenes have given her an eye for detail and an understanding of how hair and makeup translate through the lens and on stage.

With a rich background spanning decades in both creative industries and personal development, I, Kandra-Zella bring a unique and multi-faceted approach to life coaching. My journey as a successful salon owner, stylist, and life coach has provided me with unparalleled insight into the human experience, allowing me to guide others in uncovering their most authentic selves.
As a certified life coach, my practice is deeply rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, a transformative approach that encourages individuals to align with their values and embrace their true identity. My coaching focuses on personal identity, self-image, and authenticity, helping clients break free from societal expectations and rediscover who they are at their core.
In addition to my coaching expertise, my 20 years as a stylist in the beauty industry have taught me the importance of self-expression through appearance. The Life in Sessions Coaching Program is a transformative three-course journey designed to help individuals discover, embrace, and live as their most authentic selves. Rooted in personal identity, self-image, and psychological resilience, this program equips participants with tools to foster personal growth, embrace change, and reflect their authentic selves in all areas of life. Each course is centered around a book I’ve written, filled with reflective activities to guide you through your discovery process.
COURSE 1
Embracing Your True Self: A Journey to Owning Your Personal Identity
In this foundational course, we delve into the essence of who you are. Through guided exercises and discussions based on Embracing Your True Self: A Journey to Owning Your Personal Identity, you will uncover the core of your personal identity. This course helps you explore your values, beliefs, and unique characteristics while encouraging self-acceptance and empowerment. Reflective activities within the book provide space for self-discovery and clarity, enabling you to develop a stronger sense of self.
COURSE 2
Developing a Positive Self-Image and Reflecting Your Authentic Self
The second course focuses on building self-confidence and aligning your inner self with the way you present yourself to the world. Using my book, Developing a Positive Self-Image and Reflecting Your Authentic Self: Living Authentically, we explore what it means to show up authentically in life. Through self-reflection, you will uncover and challenge limiting beliefs about yourself, cultivate a positive self-image, and learn to confidently embrace and reflect your true self in every aspect of life.
